Note: All invoices for stock must be processed in Purchasing, Purchase Orders. All Credit Notes for stock must be processed in Order Entry, Supplier Returns.
1. Click Suppliers
2. Click A/P Invoice Entry3. Click on New4. Enter the Supplied Total5. Click Entries6. Enter the Invoice Number from your paperwork7. Change the Description if required8. Select the Date of the Invoice9. Enter the Amount of the Invoice10. Enter the Purchase Order number if applicable11. Select the Supplier
Note: All of the above information will be available on your Invoice from the supplier.

Enter the Credit Note Number from your paperwork7. Change the Description if required8. Select the Date of the Credit Note9. Enter the Amount of the Credit Note (Enter as a positive amount as the system has already been told that you are processing a credit note)10. Select the Supplier
Note: All of the above information will be available on your Credit Note from the supplier.
When all entries are correct and you are ready to finalise the batch:
The document you just processed will now be on the suppliers account
