Fitment Guide

COSTAR users have automatic access to the NJOY Fitment Guide. This guide is designed to assist you find the OEM standard tyre specifications as well as acceptable alternative sizes.

The guide can be accessed through a Repair order by clicking on the magnifying glass icon

 

and selecting Tyre Fitment Guide from the Integrations list.

 

This will open the Vehicle Search window.  Enter the vehicle details and click on Search.

 

The more data you enter the fewer results that will be returned and you will find the correct vehicle faster.

For example; if you enter HILUX you will return just the first 200 entries of hundreds of model and year variations. By adding a year of 2010, you get 26 results.
Further adding SR-5 will return a definitive list of 7.

 Select the appropriate Make, Model and Year combination and click OK. This will open a Fitment Selection window.

  

This window will list the OEM and alternative fitment specifications.

Clicking on the magnifying glass icon  at the right end of each line will open the position specification for the selected tyre.

  

Click on Back to exit this window.

Clicking on the Fitment Selection entry will open a stock search window in COSTAR with the selected tyre size populated in the Quick Size Field allowing you to search your Inventory, Catalogue or COSTAR2COSTAR databases.

Note: The Fitment guide is also accessible through the Stock Check window in Order Entry where the same functionality exists.
